Demographic Shifts That Are Sinking The Republican Party

It won't matter

Within 5 years the Supreme Court will declare it a right for all Amercans regardless of State

And then anyone will get to marry whomever they so desire? No limits?

They will. Polygamy. Polyamory. Underage marriage. Marriage of convenience via internet sites. There is absolutely no argument that can stand against them once gay marriage is admitted. And once that happens marriage ceases to have any meaning outside of religious life. Which is probably the goal of the gay agenda to begin with.

Utter nonsense!

"We lost because of demographic mathematics," said Morris, who famously predicted days before the November 2012 election that Mitt Romney would win in a landslide. Morris appeared before a room of at least 50 people at CPAC, one of the biggest annual conservative political gatherings, hosted by American Conservative Union.

To fix this problem, Morris urged Republicans to pass immigration reform immediately. Once the immigration issue is out of the way, he argued, Latinos would embrace the conservative values, switch sides and ultimately become "the salvation of the Republican Party."

But immigration reform, even with a path to citizenship that Morris supports, is not the tough sell to conservatives that it once was.

The harder sell came in his next prescription: Give up on Roe v. Wade.

Yes just what we need--another ill informed liberal telling us how to win elections.
Here's an idea: stick it up your ass.

Con credibility and integrity.....
Raygun tripled the national debt after promising to balance the budget.
Shrub daddy doubled in again in only four years.
Shrub Jr. doubled it again, adding more than all presidents put together in American history. And destroyed the U.S. economy and the global economy.
For five years they've been crying for fiscal responsibility. So all they've got is playground banter for their argument.

Obama's deficits are bigger than Reagan's entire budgets.
Obama has spent more than Reagan and Bush combined.
Is the economy better today than it was in 2007? No, of course not.

Massachusetts has had gay marriage for ten years.......yet they haven't moved to incest or bestiality

Yet.
Utah has a polygamy case coming to the courts. Want to bet how that turns out?

We will see

Utah has been struggling with polygamy for 150 years.....doesn't seem to be tied to gay marriage

Personally, I don't care how many wives you have
Doesnt hurt me

It wasn't until the gay groups decided to tie it to gay marriage by saying any consenting adults who want to should be allowed to get married.

Thus, over time, high-turnout seniors, currently the most conservative part of the electorate by age, will be liberalized as Baby Boomers age.

ROFLMAO! Exactly what century are you living in? must be the same one Joe Biden resides in since the baby boomers are already "SENIORS" or soon to be "SENIORS".... the vast bulk of the boomers were born between the end of 1945 (the peak birth rate) and 1958 (the fall off in boomer birth rates), do the math.

Historically people don't get more "liberal" as they age they get more "conservative", which probably explains why the Democrats are so desperate to import new citizens from 3rd world countries (the gub'mint run nanny state plantation apparently needs to import new blood to sucker into dependency).

"'Folks, where's it written we cannot lead the world in the 20th century in making automobiles" -- Joe Biden, August 2012

And the highlighted part is the dirty rotten truth about the Democrat Party. They are destroying our culture, our greatness, for political power.

Hey Democrats! Your Party has been taken over by low life commie tyrants!

You want demographics? I'll give you some demographics: http://libertyelections.com/index.php?id=38
Liberty County Florida, more than ten to one Democrat but went from 54% voting Republican in National elections in 2000 to 71% Republican in 2010. They've been overwhelmingly Democrat since the Civil War and still can't bring themselves to register as Republican, but vote Republican in a landslide in National Elections. These are people who are 99% Christian. They practice strong 'family values, go to church, 'hug their bible and their guns', and are Democrat in name only. In practice they are Conservatives and if their ancestors had not been raped, robbed, and pillaged, during, "Reconstruction", by the occupying forces they would be Republicans today. I come from a family like this in Wakulla County Florida and memories are passed from generation to generation. I began as a hardcore Democrat and am now a Proud Registered Republican.
Folks, there was a 'vast conspiracy', it was Left Wing Commie and it has stolen the Democrat Party. nothing to do with Race either, so don't even go there.

You dont get it. Democrats are the racists here. Look at the worst inner city shitholes delivering substandard jim crow era services to cowed and dependent populations. Yup, every one of them run by Democrats.

Black majority cities have an origin.

They were created by the racist white flight to the suburbs, who vote Republican mostly.

You need to start blaming the right people instead of the wrong people, mkay?

Massachusetts has had gay marriage for ten years.......yet they haven't moved to incest or bestiality

Because if those who support incest or bestiality made their demands too early, same sex marriage acceptance would never move beyond Massachusetts. Same sex marriage has been legal throughout Sweden, Germany and Denmark, who have fully legal animal brothels.

Same sex marriage is not legal in Germany. Denmark has only had legal same sex marriage since mid-2012.

Same-sex Marriage in Germany - AngloINFO Berlin, in Berlin (Germany)

Holy crap

.

Who could blame people wanting to get out of a shit hole? Maybe it is time to blame the people doing the violence and making the excuses.

Oh'''nooo's we can't do that.

Some numbers from RCP.
Obama approval rating 42%
Obama approval on the economy 40%
Obama on foreign policy also 40%
Approval for Obamacare 38%
Direction of the country wrong track 61%
Approval for congress because the left likes to throw this out and pretend like Democrats aren't part of congress 10%
Finally generic congressional ballot basically tied Democrats approval 41% Republican 40%
So this suggest the Republicans aren't as bad off as suggested for the record I take Think Progress as serious as source as the left here take something like The Blaze.

Did you call up the approval numbers on the Republican Party?
Here you go this is from NBC News/Wall Street Journal Survey.
The Democratic Party.
Very positive 14%, somewhat positive 21%, neutral 25%, somewhat negative 18% very negative 20%.
The Republican Party.
Very positive 7%, somewhat positive 20%, neutral 27%, somewhat negative 21% very negative 24%.

I think having high standards for our society is why we're a first world nation.

The wanting to have low crime
the wanting to have good infrastructure
The care and investment we place within our children to advance science and r&d.

A third world country doesn't do this and people that live in the slums don't do it either. I wonder why they're in the position that they're in.

Thus, over time, high-turnout seniors, currently the most conservative part of the electorate by age, will be liberalized as Baby Boomers age. Moreover, the most liberal part of the generation — those born up through 1955 and termed “early Boomers” — is frontloaded, so the political impact on the senior population could be fairly rapid.
So, the changing location, education levels, and age of the electorate suggest why the Republicans’ long-term disadvantages aren’t so bad as most people think. They’re worse.

They think we'll listen to their gas. They also know that if we do we'll continue to lose elections to them. It's reverse psychology.

Their problem is and always has been, they can't get it through their thick, ignorant fucking skull that we don't give a flying fuck about what they say.

As if we told them, YOU SHOULD RUN AL FRAKEN FOR PRESIDENT, as if they'd believe that. They just don't get it. We know they're of full of shit.

Marriage equality does not mean what Redfish and ilk suggest.

They want their desires to outweigh the facts.

They will lose.

Those who vote Democrat would love to see the entire country as 'successful' as Detroit.

City politics versus state and national politics are a completely different game. But of course Democrats want to see the entire country like Detroit. :cuckoo: The reason we don't take anything you say seriously is because of stupid statements like this.

OK, Dems want the US to be like Illinois. Or California.
Oh wait, national is different from state, right?
OK, Dems want the US to be like it is now, but more so. That right there is the problem.

In which case you should be able to provide links to all the underage and polygamous marriages in Massachussetts since they have had legalized gay marriage for 10 years now.

So let's see all the evidence you have to support that alleged "absolute truth".

The guy believes all forms of government = bad. Believes the government aiding people after a hurricane = bad. Believes that there shouldn't a safety net and he believes that the epa, fda and nws is unconstitutional. These extremist on both sides are scary.

Ten years isnt long enough. Look to Utah for the first polygamous case.

Utah didn't legalize gay marriage until late December 2013. There is zero correlation and you have zero proof.
