The reason that there won't be a bloodletting is because of gerrymandering. The biggest races long term will be the Governorships. Michigan is likely gone. Florida and Ohio are in danger. In NC, the question is whether Democrats can pick up enough seats in the state legislature to sustain a veto.

What is interesting is that even with the gerrymandering, Republicans only have a 23 seat majority. Pennsylvania will be interesting to watch as that state has about as non-partisan map as you can have.
