I wonder if Iran used the American held citizen they have in order to play hardball with the U.S. to get what they want pertaining to their Nuclear ambitions? They have been holding a Christian American pastor there for a while. His name is Pastor Saeed Abedini and he was sent to 8 years in a brutal prison for his Christian faith. Or on the other hand, did the Obama administration throw him under the bus despite scoring a deal that could have a dangerous outcome in the future? The media is being silent on the American being held there. If he is released soon then we will have their answer.

Obama said in a weak statement, it would be nice if you would consider releasing the three people detained in your country sometime in the next decade. Something as loose at that.

When it should have been: As an act of good faith on your part, we expect to have the three hostages (names included here) released as a precursor to our negotiations. The release date should be before the first day of negotiations between our two countries. We, in turn will release any Iranian citizens we have detained out of respect to our discussions and negotiations as well.

.
Are you kidding? This is just incredible of the weakness he exhumes. Carter even made strong pleas when the hostages were taken.
