The American College of Pediatricians (ACPeds) teamed up with the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine (AHM), the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), and several other groups of medical professionals to condemn genital mutilation surgeries for minors.
The cohort authored and signed a declaration urging medical professionals to stop asserting that children benefit from the barbarous procedures. The groups’ statement calls for an “immediate[] stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex.”
The groups have coalesced under the organization Doctors Protecting Children (DPC), which is dedicated to making people aware of the “serious concerns about the physical and mental health effects of the current protocols promoted for the care of children and adolescents in the United States who express discomfort with their biological sex.”
“Despite all the above evidence that gender affirming treatments are not only unhelpful, but are harmful, and despite the knowledge that the adolescent brain is immature, professional medical organizations in the United States continue to promote these interventions,” DPC’s statement reads. “Further, they state that legislation to protect children from harmful interventions is dangerous since it interferes with necessary medical care for children and adolescents.”

Are you willing to get along or you just want others to shut up and sit down like a good little commie or fascist would do and say? Let's look at pure science since you leftists say that you believe in science. Males will have a "Y" chromosome or even two "Y" chromosomes in some cases. Females will always have one or two "X" chromosomes. That is 100% true science. Hormone therapy will never change this. Chopping off parts of the body won't change this either. Increasing testosterone in a female won't change the sex or gender. Increasing estrogen in a male won't change the sex or gender. What tampering with a healthy body with either one will do is cause physical harm, not physical care. And, it will do nothing with the mind or feeling a person has. Studies are now showing this to be true.
Also, yelling and jumping up and down calling people who have a difference of understanding bigots, fake, and this mode of attack doesn't work anymore. And, the idea that kids will kill themselves if they don't get the mutilation and chemicals is just plain stupid. There is no proof whatsoever that this prevents suicide. On the contrary, you are setting themselves up for more rejection later on and potential suicide.
