Doctors Revolt Against 'Gender-Affirming' Child Mutilation

Several pediatric health organizations are speaking out against barbarous 'gender-affirming' child mutilation.

The American College of Pediatricians (ACPeds) teamed up with the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine (AHM), the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), and several other groups of medical professionals to condemn genital mutilation surgeries for minors.
The cohort authored and signed a declaration urging medical professionals to stop asserting that children benefit from the barbarous procedures. The groups’ statement calls for an “immediate[] stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex.”
The groups have coalesced under the organization Doctors Protecting Children (DPC), which is dedicated to making people aware of the “serious concerns about the physical and mental health effects of the current protocols promoted for the care of children and adolescents in the United States who express discomfort with their biological sex.”
“Despite all the above evidence that gender affirming treatments are not only unhelpful, but are harmful, and despite the knowledge that the adolescent brain is immature, professional medical organizations in the United States continue to promote these interventions,” DPC’s statement reads. “Further, they state that legislation to protect children from harmful interventions is dangerous since it interferes with necessary medical care for children and adolescents.”

Although the average American has a distaste for the fanatical gender-bending ideas the left promotes, the country’s most radical activists continue to push for transgender athletes in female sports, produce ad campaigns revolving around gender activists, and write television shows that depict out-of-touch storylines promoting the rejection of biological men and women.
The left’s gender ideology also continues to infiltrate major institutions, and dozens of influential entities promote it, primarily toward children.


Commentary:
All Physicians take the Hippocratic Oath, "First Di No Harm".
Unfortunatedly today some physcians have reneged on their oaths.
What is also beyond all logiv is that Judges of the law rather that follow it legislate at their whim, poltical leaning and ideology.

When people go for medical care the providers need to know what gender you were born, because, that is what gender you really are. It doesn't matter how you want to identify yourself.
