Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he is since the so called president and vice president aren't doing a thing about this, and DeSantis is proving more and more why he would make a great president, I'm just not sure if the law says he can.

Yeah, it's done all the time.

I was sent to Lorton Prison during a escape/riot and we received some kind of federal recognition during our time there. Sorta like being on loan to the feds as Lorton was a DC/Fed prison.

It was mostly for a manhunt as we had bloodhounds.....LOL....The guys at the Nike missile base nearby was even out helping to look for them.

We caught four of the dozen that ran with the bloodhounds, easy track since the dumb shits stayed together.

I don't recall ever calling either of these two gentlemen "fascists" ... though fascism has been a plank in the Republican political platform since I can remember ...

Fascism is having private business provide government service ... like the Italian railroad system ... capitalism requires active competition between the several private businesses to provide government services ... like in communities where garbage collection is provided for by any company who thinks they can make a profit hauling trash ...

Notice that none of this allows government to take over business ... which is socialism ...
