Biden plans to undermine the Supreme Court.

YOU made the CLAIM.
I'm not here to look up YOUR claims.
SC rulings are in the public domain, if you had any brains you would pay attention to facts rather than believe what the left wing media is pumping out. I could cite the rulings but I am not going to. If you really care look them up, you might learn that CNN is lying to you.

You say that because the right IS ramming its agenda up the country’s ass
how exactly is the constitution right wing agenda? if you don't like the rules this country was founded on, leave it. You would probably like north korea or Russia or China. They use the systems that you want here.

That is absurd.
Even for you.

If it was the will of the people Congress would have passed a law.

Congress would never have touched a bill that authorized murdering a pre-born baby in 1973.

Anyone that did would never have been reelected.

They did an end run around the people.

There is no wonder that you can't discuss any issue, intelligently, this point is the simplest of the simple.
Bullshit. A Republican Congress is not responsive to the will of the people.

Polls show the American people support the ACA
Republican Congress tried to get rid of it

Polls show the American people favor a woman’s right to choose. Republican Congress refuses to consider it

The American people favor gun control . Republican Congress blocks even the most sensible regulations

If you could site the rulings you would have done so

Nothing in the Constitution stops terms limits, ethics rules, or even an expansion of the Court

2/3 of America favors a woman’s right to choose.

That’s the will of the people
ok, then lets put it to a vote in each state, if you are correct Roe will be law in every state, but you don't want to let the people decide, why is that?

for the record virtually everyone advocates for abortion in cases or rape, incest, ot the life of the mother, but you want it as birth control, that is the objection.

the constitution sets the SC as 9 lifetime members, the founders got it right. But you want a dictatorial left wing court, why can't you admit that that is what you really want?

Maybe you missed it but every time they DO put it to a vote abortion rights win

The laws that stop it are created NOT by vote but rather by state government edict

These are the waning days of a significantly impaired but controlled president. It is unlikely that the politburo will do anything.

no, it was never the will of the people, did the people vote on it? let the people of each decide their state's abortion laws, why are you libs so scared of letting the people decide?
That's fine if it were true.

wrong, on both claims, but I understand your ignorance on this topic, you are a victim of left wing media lies.

you are correct that cal and ny voted for abortion on demand for any reason at any time. the rest of the states should also be allowed to vote on it. Why do you object to that? I think I know why, because you know it would not pass in a majority of the states.

The Handmaid’s Tale is looking like a primer for Republican legislators

The real issue is whether abortion should be legal as a means to release responsibility for one's personal acts. the time to prevent pregnancy is before sex, not after the child is viable and alive.
