5/9 Catholics = a controlling majority for Catholics in the highest Article III court in the land.

For Catholics --- Bible > Constitution > Man, and Pope=Bible. Otherwise, you go to Purgatory for a really fucking long time.

Its clear to see who really controls the Supreme Court then. The Pope. He has a 55.5...% majority.

This means that if something the Pope declares to be a directive from God conflicts with the U.S. Constitution, the 5 Catholic Justices on the court are bound by their faith .... with their fate in e-fucking-ternity at stake.... to subvert the Constitution.

Was this, perhaps, a bad idea on the part of the Presidents who appointed them? Perhaps picking from a variety of less centralized Christian religions would be more preferable - at least then you'll get a mix of different beliefs.

Or here's an idea.

Maybe not pick people to run our nation's highest court who believe in make believe? There's a thought.

Wow what a completely stupid, bigoted, ill informed piece of shit thread. But what we expect of the Left.
Scalia is Catholic Sotomaior is Catholic. So obviously they hold the same views, right?

Gotta agree with you on that one, I thought anti-papist propaganda went away by the 70s.
