Donald Trump: If I'm President, 'Christianity Will Have Power' In The U.S.

The Religious Right Is Right to Be Scared: Christianity Is Dying in America

30 percent of Americans ages 18-29 list “none” as their religious affiliation (the figure for all ages is about 23 percent). Nearly 40 percent of Americans who have married since 2010 report that they are in “religiously mixed” marriages, which means that many individuals who profess Christianity are in families where not everyone does.

Thank the Lord. This is great news to read. God has been neglected since our Muslim president was elected back in 08. Returning this nation back to God will uplift this nation to greatness.

TRUMP: If I'm president, 'Christianity will have power' in the US
Which lord?
God doesn't exist.
Obama is not a muslim.

Your lack of faith is irrelevant to the issue.

Christians are one of the targets of POlitical Correctness and Trump is the greatest enemy of PC to walk the Earth.

Of course in a Trump Presidency, Christians, 70% of the country will be powerful.

They should be in a democratic society.
Wait, what? :ack-1:

Self identified Christians are still 83% of the population.

ANyone who doesn't want them to be powerful in this nation is VERY ANTI-DEMOCRATIC.

Christians are the vast majority in this country. They should be powerful in this country.

What part of that do you have trouble with?

Do you support democracy?

In an American society- governed by the U.S. Constitution- the 70% should be no more- and no less powerful- than the 30%

Being against 'political correctness' is just another way of saying "Why do people give me so much shit for calling black people n*ggers?"

Nonsense.

The majority has tremendous power in a democratic Republic.

YOur pretense that you don't know what Political Correctness is is noted and dismissed.

well, no.

the constitution keeps the majority from trampling on the minority. that's why the first amendment prohibits endorsing any one religioin. so I think the radical religious right should suck it up or go live in Saudi Arabia. they're amenable to state religion there.

I hope that helps.

Trample? Who said anything about trampling?

Trump was pretty vague.

You reading stuff into what he said? PUtting words in his mouth?

NO one said anything about a state religion.

The constitution, way before the Bill of Rights, sets up a system where the larger portion of society is in charge of policy and governance.

YOur desire to NOT allow Christians to participate in the Political Process is anti-democratic.

It seems that many christians these days are not happy unless they can feel persecuted.

Right. Because it is impossible that anyone opposed to you could have a valid concern.

:haha:

Trump is about as familiar with Christianity as Hugh Hefner is with chastity.
