Elections have Consequences

Elections do have Consequences.

One of the primary reasons I voted against Trump and for Clinton was because of the Supreme Court.

I have heard so many people who are otherwise pro-choice and pro-union vote for Trump just because they wanted to 'drain the swamp' and just take a hammer to the establishment.

Well this is what we get. And I am not bitching about Trump's selection- if anything I am impressed that he is such a solid jurist- unlike some of Trump's lower court picks. This pick was the outcome of the last Presidential election. And he is going to be confirmed to the Court unless by some bizarre circumstance he announces he will vote against Roe v. Wade before the confirmation vote.

Elections do have Consequences.

I just hope that those how believe in woman's right to chose remember that come the next election.
What about those who believe in a man's right to choose?
Fine...excellent...men choose to keep their little toy in their pants.
Do you support race based laws, like your buddy?

Do you still kick puppies like you told us before?

LOL

Try stopping her. Do you ever say anything that isn’t stupid?
Tee-hee.

Yet another tool who doesn't understand equal protection under the law.

Since you approve of laws based on gender, do you also approve of laws based on race?
No worries, I dismiss you for being an idiot. I post how I didn't approve on laws based on gender; and here you are claiming I do. <smh>
Then we agree abortion laws are unconstitutional. :)

Absolutely.

Laws that prevent abortion are unconstitutional- I hope you remember that if Roe v. Wade is overturned.
They will rule men have the right to choose and not women.

The Supreme Court will rule that? Fascinating.

But we are in agreement that laws that prevent abortion are unconstitutional and that is progress.

We agree they are unequally applied. ;)

At least we agree that you're a child. At any rate, Jim Crow laws also applied to whites. They were segregationist laws. For example, blacks couldn't sit up in the front of busses, where applicable; and whites couldn't sit in the back.

But no worries, I accept your attempt to divert away from abortion laws, as we were discussing, as concession on your part that even you know you lost this debate.

Women's reproductive rights apply to women.

You begin to understand. :)
It's actually a right to privacy, which men also have.
It's actually a right to choose whether to kill your child or not.

A choice applied to one group and not another. AKA, unequal application of the law.

This may be beyond your abilities.
It’s a right to privacy, as I already tried to explain to you. Sadly, you lack even the moron minimal cognitive abilities to comprehend it. Just as you can’t comprehend that both men and women are entitled to the same rights of privacy.
It's the right to choose.

To choose to abort your child or not.

Women have that right, men don't.
.

Anyone who is pregnant has that right- regardless of their gender.

Nope, it applies to anyone who gets pregnant.
Jim Crow laws applied equally to all blacks.

This is child's play, Loser. :)

The Constitution does not mention abortion.

But it does mention equal application. :)

How about if a woman gets a abortion The father get one ball clipped. If for any reason he misses one child payment. He get the other one clipped. That would be a good start. Now if she does not tell the father then no clipping happened. If the woman shows up again for a abortion she get her ov s removed.

You seem particularly obsessed with removing peoples body parts.

Based on the equal protection clause. :)

If you know of any women guilty of killing their children- please report them to the police immediately.

Face the facts that you would not need a SC if Hilly got elected. She would have further changed the Nation by Ex orders and appointments of more of her Progressive friends to the High Court. The Border would be gone, taxes would make it worth NOT working, welfare would go to the point of no return, gas and oil would double. The Nation would be known as: The United Socialist States of America. USSA. Tell me would you like that idea.

LOL what a good little snowflake Trumpkin you are.

That you believe all of that bullshit.

Certainly Clinton would have had an agenda that I would have approved more- a more liberal agenda and would have appointed liberal leaning judges which would have been focused on defending the rights of Americans.

The border would still be there- just like it has been under every President for the last 50 years- Democrat or Republican. Gas and oil would remain the same because no President can affect the worldwide price of oil and gas.

And the name of the country would proudly remain the same.

But we wouldn't be in the middle of trade war.

You certainly have drunk the Trumpkin koolaid.

That is your opinion- but of course that is not the law.
