It is up to those secy/secy agencies in DC to help her out. They failed, so she is only partially to blame, and far less than those secy/secy crews in DC.

As far as Swalwell, he was caught in the oldest of spy traps called the "HONEY POT!" He fell for it hook, line, and sinker......and is a total embarrassment to not only the Democratic Party, but the country as a whole.
