If you're still not convinced someone OTHER than Kyle fired the first shot, assume he shot first and watch it again.

And all that proves is that a shot was fired. There's no way to know if it was fired at Rittenhouse, which would certainly support his claim of self defense. But all we have is the sound, and that's largely meaningless. without knowing who the target of that first shot was...

Anyway you slice it, Kyle was not the aggressor, and before shot were fired, was clearly being chased across the parking lot by a guy or several who had been yelling and threatening violence.

And what were they trying to do when Rittenhouse is asking if anyone needed first aid, then yells "friendly, friendly, friendly" when approaching the parking lot. Then, that Ziminski asswipe yells "let's get him" and "you won't do shit, motherfucker."

Then you see Rittenhouse run way, across the parking lot, being chased by Rosenbaum.

Then you hear what sounds like a pistol-caliber firearm discharge once, followed by 3 rounds from Rittenhouse's .223, then 4 more pistol-caliber rounds.

In the video at the 1:30 mark, you see an overhead view of Rosenbaum and Ziminski walking, and Rittenhouse trying to pass them. You hear them threaten him. You see him run away, out onto the street, then back across the parking lot with Rosenbaum throwing something with a high heat signature at Rittenhouse followed by 1 pistol shot, then Rittenhouse's .223, then 4 pistol shots.

No reasonable person would ever believe that Rittenhouse instigated or provoked ANYTHING.

Everybody is calling for his head because he DARED arm himself and DARED defend himself against the Bolsheviks.
