When it's been made obvious that the "tip" was based on nothing but personal animosity because of someone's political views...what "duty" does the FBI have investigate and make an example of the tipster? The FBI gets millions of tips every year. What made this one worth a visit from two agents? How much money was wasted following up an anonymous tip? A simple phone call could have established her whereabouts, but then she'd have time to get a lawyer to protect her rights if they decided to detain and question her. This is tiptoeing right up to the line of acceptable police behavior and leaning over.

Again, according to the woman involved, they came to her house, not in it. Identified why they were there when she came out. Went inside on her invitation.
