February 1,2017. Swearing In Of Rex Tillerson. Where Was Joe Biden?,He's Usually There, Right?

For those of us who were able to watch the swearing in of Rex Tillerson live yesterday, didn't many of us wonder where Joe Biden was? I mean, over the last few swearing ins {aka,the obama years} of various lawmakers, cabinet picks, it just seemed normal to have Vice President Biden there to greet the picks, their wives, sons, and very very cute daughters of whom, in many circumstances did not want to be touched, hugged and kissed to any extreme by Mr. Biden.
Now can you imagine if Rex had a very beautiful daughter there, along with his wife, and aside from Mike Pence and Trump, Biden was there also?,,,anyone wanna guess how long and where Bidens hands would of wound up?
