First Aerial Images of Marsh Harbour Bahamas in Ruin

I love the Bahamas.... love their beaches, their resorts, their casinos, their straw markets... their people...the snorkeling there... :(

Had our Honeymoon there. Great place. Very friendly people. A lot of friendly stray cats strangely enough.

We had a bit of our honeymoon there as well....!! but we were on a cruise ship that spent 2 days of it in a port in the Bahamas

You mean those who evade taxes, I agree, I really feel bad for the rest of them , but the rich that evade taxes can pay for fixing this mess or the British, since tramp treated Puerto Rico so piss poor.
FK Puerto Rico
That is what Tramp did to Puerto Rico.
I remember that tune on a commercial some decades ago...."Come back fellow Americans...Come back to Puerto Rico". I wonder why....

Yanno, while I never made it to Bermuda, I did get to go to St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and I gotta say, the snorkeling and diving in that area of the ocean is phenomenal.

Do you have to have a passport to go to Atlantis?

Yeah, I know, it sounds like a stupid question, but to tell you the truth, I've been to 26 different countries, and 49 different states, but I have never owned a passport. My US Navy ID card was enough for me to run around in the ports that we visited, as well as the rest of the country if I was so inclined.

That may be allowed. It’s British owned.

Actually, I don't think it would be. Whenever we entered a port, permission had been given prior to docking, and the port representatives came on and told us about the laws in the country we were in. I think the permission for the ship is what allowed us to use only our ID cards to travel around with, because if they know the ship, they can find the person, as muster is done every day.

This is what liberals think about when they see complete devastation.

Getting back at political enemies. Who paid taxes. Who didn't. Who owes whom.

Just so you know, Penny Jackboots, the normal among us--those who have a conscience, see--we see suffering people. Try to understand this. Dads. Moms. Babies. Sons and daughters.

We don't look at this and say, meh, we're not going to help them they don't pay our taxes. Or whatever.
