Now that we have seen video evidence inside the couples apartment of an ungodly amount of IED's and weaponry, with at least the wife known to have recently pledged to ISIS...patterning their bombs from terrorist sponsered material....what are Democrats and leftist doing?
First they went to tragically laughable extremes to avoid calling it terrorism...even up to yesterday still trying to paint it as workplace violence.
Second, once it finally came to the point you just can't deny it any longer - they deflect the true story by attempting to make it about gun control and not terrorism.
The Daily mail today produced a front page showing four Republican senators saying essentially "our prayers are with the victims and families" with large bold letters saying "God can't fix this" (ignoring that one of the first things Obama said is exactly the same thing)
ISIS connected terrorist have now killed innocent people in America, and the left are in denial and trying everything they can to make it about something else.
Just a few points and perhaps questions:
The Obama administration used restraint and kept a cool head about the motives of the shooters because nothing was clear at first. That is called leadership. Leaders do not alarm the public and stokes fears without good reason. The hysterics from the right were motivated by the need to further demonize Muslims at any and every opportunity. Now that we know more, no one is denying what it is.
As far as making it about gun control……why the fuck can’t it be about both gun control AND terrorism? Terrorists are giddy about how easy it is for them to get guns!
Now a question…..what the fuck do you think that “the left” –who ever that is exactly should be doing or advocating? Maybe follow Field Marshal Trump’s advice to register all Muslims and brand them? To further demonize them and alienate them? Do you not understand that that plays into ISIS hands? You people on the right are recruiting for them by marginalizing American Muslims. Consider this……

American Muslims say they are living through an intensely painful moment and feel growing anti-Muslim sentiment after the recent Islamic State attacks in Paris and this week’s San Bernardino shootings, carried out by a Muslim husband and wife.
The motivations of the California killers are still unclear, although authorities are investigating it as a potential act of terrorism. Muslims said they are bracing for an even more toxic climate in which Americans are increasingly suspicious of Muslims.
Muslims say that Americans, like many in Europe, often do not draw a distinction between radical Islamist militants, such as those associated with the Islamic State and al-Qaeda, and the religion of Islam and its followers who have no ties to extremism.

Many Muslims said fear of Islam is being fueled by the heated rhetoric of Republican presidential candidates, particularly businessman Donald Trump, who has called for surveillance of some mosques and requiring Muslims to register with the government.
Islamophobia is the accepted form of racism in America,” Iftikhar said. “Leaders like Donald Trump show us that you can take a potshot at Muslims and get away with it.”
Do you think that this horseshit does not contribute to radicalization….
The backlash against them has created a deepening sense of alienation. Talk of creating Muslim databases and noting Muslims’ religion on their IDs has echoes for many of the forced internment of Japanese Americans during World War II. Many mosques have asked local police for more security.
“There’s a constant climate of insinuation of terrorism and disloyalty that creates this pervasive sense of being an outsider,” said Haroon Moghul, a fellow at the Institute for Social Policy and Understanding in Washington.
