As there are so many venues to marry including one's own home, eliminating one venue is no great hardship. It's not like the courthouse provides wedding accommodations not found elsewhere.

The poor in Florida are shit out of luck anyway.

After completing a marriage preparation course that they must pay for. The marriage license is $93.00. If they want the clerk to perform the ceremony it will be performed with other couples in a mass ceremony and cost $150.00. The poor better start ponying up some bucks.
