In New York, you can't vote while imprisoned....if not in prison, felons can vote....

Florida follows the law Of the state the felon is convicted...

So even without DeSantis stepping in, Trump could vote in Florida as it stands now!

But if needed DeSantis's board, could give voting clemency.... of which I personally think would be ok and kind and courteous to give a former president in this position.
