The other day was a post about a vet that died after 5 days of police custody abuse in Tulsa. Now this:

Try putting the arresting officer in the Justice of the Peace out. Write out a very clear, short affidavit as to the particulars. Point out no drugs were found, how the money was earned. Let the judge make a ruling.

Then get an attorney and go for a class action suit.

Civil asset forfeiture laws are absolute nonsense. It is just another lame way for the bloated government to steal from its citizens.
