Fox News would not let the biggest name on their station go over such an allegation. O'Reilly clearly has a history that has required Fox to payout millions in legal settlements.

I have not watched The Factor for several years. It was the best news/opinion show hands down when it was good. But unfortunately, that was years ago.
It was time for Mr. O to go besides the rumors true or not. Let's hope Fox elects to replace Bill with someone equally as smart, equally as determined to get to the bottom of the story...but less ego.

If ignoring someone is sexual harassment then everyone is guilty of sexual harassment. No exceptions.

No one is crying. Too much blame these days? Then when an employee sexually harasses another employee, school them once and if it doesn't work, get rid of them. There doesn't have to be physical contact to use your power over another employee in an inappropriate manner, such as hoping to receive sexual favors.
