They didn't even warn the targets of the hacking attempts.

The EVIDENCE, again, shows President Barak Hussein Obama and his DHS, in an attempt to prove the state elections could be hacked and justify taking over all state elections, ATTEMPTED TO HACK several states' elections ... and FAILED.
