Gag order amended

Expanded to include judges and prosecutors families.

And it's about ghod damned time. Any other defendant doing what trump has been doing would be under the jail, not on social media from the golf course.

It's time to stop treating trump like he's special. He's not. He's just another criminal.

Lock his ass up

Trump feels like he's treated special alright. Your Democracks provide proof of that daily.

/The filings last week were about protecting the jurors, not witness and others from the trial

Trump's legal team wanted it all immediately dismissed. They lost that argument.
No kidding......in the article...............so now Trump can bring up crap that Biden was going to toss out there that He was restricted by the gag.

Wake TF up.

Trump was never restricted on certain subjects after the verdict.

You're confused and following Trump's nonsense.

nonsense like the FBI was out to kill him

LOL

He was still restricted to same conditions previously laid out by Merchan.
Nope.

Was a bit more complicated as some of the gag order became moot.

Mr. Trump has become a convicted felon, awaiting sentencing. What is at issue: Trump's legal team filed a motion. The prosecution team responded claiming the Trump legal team is not being forthright. And...

it's about the Manhattan DA's office urging the judge to keep a limited gag order blocking Trump from criticizing jurors who convicted him.

That does not come across as unreasonable, except if one ignores the true context and conflates the original order with the limited part(s) being sought.

"As a preliminary matter, many of defendant's complaints simply ignore the narrowness of
this Court's orders
."

Until this point in time it was still in place unless changed by the court.

In their letter, prosecutors agreed that the provision barring statements about trial witnesses no longer needed to be enforced but said the restrictions on statements about court staff and members of the prosecution, excluding Bragg, should remain in place.

It was expiring. Arguments before sentencing were expected. Nothing out of the usual here.

a big nothing as far as news goes
