You might hang onto a couple of low population places like Montana or North Dakota, but Texas and Florida are GONE. Let's see, in no particular order. The DOJ, The Supreme Court (but McConnell gets an assist here), The FEC, The CDC, the entire Legislative branch....I could go on but you get the idea. Barack Obama didn't "hand off" anything, Jack! He was about as bad with the economy as any President we've ever had!
