Cases were dismissed for no standing on the Federal level. That prevented evidentiary hearings. Now the GA> Supreme Court says:

The Supreme Court of Georgia made the ruling on Tuesday which followed the state code for legal standing, as opposed to the federal code.

The lawsuits will be in the hundreds, if not thousands. People want elections with integrity. This is not a conspiracy.

“Georgia voters were unjustly denied their Equal Protection and Due Process rights to ensure only legal voters were counted in the 2020 election,” Election integrity group VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito said in a statement made on Thursday.

Supremacy Clause
This is gonna get absolutely ridiculous. Then it's gonna spread like herpes to every battleground state and beyond.

Bring it all down. That's what they want.

Both sides will be suing when they lose. So instead of the people electing politicians to office, politicians will be making the decision for the people on who will rule them.

Free and fair elections with integrity is what they want, hack.
Oh, relax. Smile. Be happy. You appear to be getting what you want.

Before long you may be able to tie up elections with conspiracy theories to the point where your saint can just step in an take control.

This has nothing to with conspiracy. It is about accountability to the citizens of GA.

“Because the Georgia Constitution is the source of the judicial power of state courts, federal standing requirements do not control our analysis,” Peterson stated.

“It is unsurprising that we have extended this logic to ‘voters,’ because they, like citizens and taxpayers, are community stakeholders. Voters may be injured when elections are not administered according to the law or when elected officials fail to follow the voters’ referendum for increased taxes to find a particular project, so voters may have standing to vindicate public rights.”

Fuck you.

Our Constitution GUARANTEES my right to petition for redress.

The feds are totally out of control. They're violating our Constitution left and right. The 4th and 14th being the most obvious.

But also the 9th and 10th, in spades.

Tie up elections with baseless fraud claims
Delay. There will be no "tying up".

Party A files a suit against whomever they insist mis-counted the ballots and named Party B the winner. The court stays the election results pending an investigation.

Party B files federal suit to overturn the court ruling. Party B will win.

Party A will simply do what they've always done; go on message boards and complain. The risk (if you want to call it that) is that we would end up with two governments with most folks being loyal to to Party B but some idiots will still insist Party A is their leader.

It won't tie anything up but it does chip away at our strength as a republic. And, like Mac states..this is what they really want. Anarchy.

They should be careful what they ask for. Now they will have to actually provide evidence that is acceptable in a court of law. For the last two years you fools had the excuse that no court would take your cases....now you lose that excuse.

Then Party A appeals the loss and if they win Party B will appeal that loss. This could keep people in office months beyond when their term ends.

And also, you cannot challenge a single race based on fraud, if one race on the ballot is fraudulent then they are all.

Its doubtful that if the ruling is made awarding the win to Party B, Party A can stay in past their term expiring.

To me, that hamstrings the lone voice in the wilderness crying that they were cheated.

Unless they find a friendly judge above the first one who stays any changes.

It should but since they all totally ignore this fact with the 2020 election I do not think it will

We are in uncharted territory if people start taking election deniers seriously.
