Georgia poll workers targeted by Trump are cleared of false election fraud claims

Most of it was never allowed to go to court. The DOJ shut down all of it. What a fucking shocker. :dunno:
If it was legit it would have been allowed. These were Trump appointed judges laughing yā€™all out of court. Doesnā€™t get more pathetic than that.

Itā€™s never about facts with Trump. Itā€™s just about pushing a narrative. Doesnā€™t need to be true

No he did not unless you're saying he wasn't on the trump team

Barr misrepresented the meuller report

Tough shit. When the GOP tried to investigate ANYTHING related to the election, dems fought tooth and nail to stop them. You should have just been open and honest.

I dont give a fuck about these dumb women. Democrats are 100% to blame for this.
From court this week.

Rudy Giuliani admitted in testimony that he ā€just repeated what I was toldā€ when he made election fraud claims against two Georgia workers, new court filings reveal.

The filings involving a defamation lawsuit filed against former President Donald Trumpā€™s ex-attorney also reveal that other promoters of election fraud claims failed to do basic checks on the accuracy of what they were saying, CNN reported.

CNN shared a text message from Trump lawyer Boris Epshteyn in which he said Trump want examples of fraud that he wouldnā€™t need to prove.

ā€œUrgent POTUS request need best examples of ā€˜election fraudā€™ that weā€™ve alleged thatā€™s super easy to explain,ā€ Epshteyn wrote, according to evidence attached to the filing.

ā€œDoesnā€™t necessarily have to be proven, but does need to be easy to understand. Is there any sort of ā€˜greatest hitsā€™ clearinghouse that anyone has for best examples?ā€

The documents were among evidence presented by a pair of Georgia election workers who are suing Giuliani for defamation after the 2020 election. They say he smeared them personally during his claims that vote-counting in the state was fraudulent

And you suck up the squeal like the orange pig that you are.

Barr misrepresented the meuller report
Mueller also said their was not trump team Russian collusion.

Mueller also said their was not trump team Russian collusion.
Mueller spent almost 200 pages describing ā€œnumerous links between the Russian government and the Trump Campaign.ā€ He found that ā€œa Russian entity carried out a social media campaign that favored presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and disparaged presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.ā€ He also found that ā€œa Russian intelligence service conducted computer-intrusion operationsā€ against the Clinton campaign and then released stolen documents.

While Mueller was unable to establish a conspiracy between members of the Trump campaign and the Russians involved in this activity, he made it clear that ā€œ[a] statement that the investigation did not establish particular facts does not mean there was no evidence of those facts.ā€ In fact, Mueller also wrote that the ā€œinvestigation established that the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the Campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen and released through Russian efforts.ā€

To find conspiracy, a prosecutor must establish beyond a reasonable doubt the elements of the crime: an agreement between at least two people, to commit a criminal offense and an overt act in furtherance of that agreement. One of the underlying criminal offenses that Mueller reviewed for conspiracy was campaign-finance violations. Mueller found that Trump campaign members Donald Trump Jr., Paul Manafort and Jared Kushner met with Russian nationals in Trump Tower in New York June 2016 for the purpose of receiving disparaging information about Clinton as part of ā€œRussia and its governmentā€™s support for Mr. Trump,ā€ according to an email message arranging the meeting. This meeting did not amount to a criminal offense, in part, because Mueller was unable to establish ā€œwillfulness,ā€ that is, that the participants knew that their conduct was illegal. Mueller was also unable to conclude that the information was a ā€œthing of valueā€ that exceeded $25,000, the requirement for campaign finance to be a felony, as opposed to a civil violation of law. But the fact that the conduct did not technically amount to conspiracy does not mean that it was acceptable. Trump campaign members welcomed foreign influence into our election and then compromised themselves with the Russian government by covering it up.

Mueller found other contacts with Russia, such as the sharing of polling data about Midwestern states where Trump later won upset victories, conversations with the Russian ambassador to influence Russiaā€™s response to sanctions imposed by the U.S. government in response to election interference, and communications with Wikileaks after it had received emails stolen by Russia. While none of these acts amounted to the crime of conspiracy, all could be described as ā€œcollusion.ā€

Mueller even said their was NO COLLUSION with Trump or an member of his team.
The extra other pages was a wish list for obstruction which there was none

Was there Manafort collusion? Are you capable of being honest?
According to Mueller and Durham there was no Trump team Russian collusion
You're being dishonest arguing about what has already been reported.
The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities,ā€

We should just take the DOJ's word for it, right?

You completely ignored my questionā€¦ try again. Did Paul Manafort collude with Russia? We both know the answer is yes. be honest and admit it.

A wolf was accused of raiding the henhouse. The other wolves investigated the claims. The wolf was cleared of the charges.

That night at a celebration party, all the wolves enjoyed fried chicken.

The end.

So Dems are wolves and Trumpers are hens that do nothing but sit around laying eggs? Ok this sounds about right
