Maybe you need to look up in the dictionary and read what racism is.

Racism is the expectation that one group deserves special consideration by virtue of their race.
Systemic-racism is any group that is favored by the system because of their race.
If Whites were given special treatment because they are white, then you'd be raising all holy-hell.
But because blacks and Native-Americans get special treatment with respect to college admission, you get in, while a more qualified White or Asian has to wait behind you.
