I went to school in the 60s and 70s. There were no school shootings when I went to school.

I don't recall any in the 80s either. If there was I don't remember it.

The media didn't sensationalize school shootings until Columbine in the early 90s.

Now we literally know every single insistence of gun use in schools, to the point that the entire country knew that someone fired off a couple of bullets into the air in Western Kentucky's parking lot when barely anyone on campus even heard the shots, much less was shot. The news stations swamped the library/computer lab for hours when they knew nothing had actually occurred, to the point that I actually saw them all still there hours and hours after we left our so called safe zones.

But what does it cost to try out her ideas and eliminate all smut- see if it makes a difference.

It is possible it might, and even if it only reduces school shootings by 1/10 of 1%, it would be a crime not to do it and be responsible for the deaths of millions of school children.

Again, Black’s ‘theorem’ is a ridiculous, idiotic, and transparent attempt to avoid meaningful debate concerning gun crime and violence in schools.

All she had to say was: “I believe that banning assault weapons violates the Second Amendment, and I oppose any measure seeking to do so.”

That would have been the honest and courageous thing to say – sadly, most Republicans are clearly devoid of both.

Actually not true at all. Freedom of Speech is reserved to individuals, and porn is made by Corporations, meaning it can be regulated.

Corporations aren't people, we've heard this from our liberal friends for decades.

Besides, if we can reduce the amount of school violence by 1/10th of 1%, just by banning corporation from being involved in porn for a limited period of time, I'd say its worth it.
