The real solution is to have Congress people stay in their districts all year round. We have modern communications equipment that allow people to work remotely.

Congress pay could be reduced as well, as members could make their living at their own professions. Dr. Paul could be examining eyes in Bowling Green, Rep. Mike Kelly could be selling used cars in Butler, Rep. Cortes could be pouring beer in the Bronx. No need for these folks to be wards of the taxpayers if they stayed at home.
