I don't know. I think she has had some health problems over the last few years.

They have not released the cause of death.

But I did learn that she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1996 and thyroid cancer in 1998. She survived both of those. Tough lady.

He death is a current event. She was quite popular in a certain set. Like John Prine was. In fact, they performed together more than a few times.
