Trump is being tried before a federal judge he appointed. He will be found guilty or innocent by a jury of his peers. His defense lawyers have input on who will be in the jury. The defense will provide the argument why Trump is not guilty in front of the Trump appointed judge and a jury of his peers.
If the indictment was an over reach, it will come out in a trial that Merrick Garlan will have any input.
Trump and supporters ignore the checks and balances of our legal system.
They are ignorant to the legal process.
Our legal system has been the backbone of the success of our country for 250 years. Trump and his lemmings are trying to destroy our legal system because it is holding him accountable for his actions. Trump and his minions are trying to destroy our elections because he lost an election that was proven to be just.
