Loophole . Criminal can't buy a gun from a dealer cause he's a criminal . But CAN buy a gun from a private seller . Now that's a loophole .

Because a private individual is not a business, they do not have to conduct a title search to sell their car, as does a dealer. Because a private individual is not a business, they do not have to conduct a background check to sell their personal property.

IF a person knowingly sells a stolen car, it is a crime. No loophole.

IF a person knowingly sells their gun to a criminal, it is a crime. No loophole.

You simply seek to use congress to further infringe the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

Simply stated, you are at war to end civil rights, as is your filthy party.
