If you leave a loaded gun on the kitchen table and a child picks it up and discharges it, you will be charged with child endangerment, as well as other things if someone is killed or injured.

And yet, the NRA extremeists go into panic attacks and hyperventilate if anyone proposes to make 50 round ammo drums and cop killer bullets illegal.
