It's not a semantic game you moron, it's the actual reality. We created the categories too. We didn't create different types of sex organs and glands and different types of hormone production, nature did that, but we did decide that people, generally, with one type of sex organ and hormone production fit into one category and those with another went into a different one. But of course reality isn't so cut and dry. Some people naturally have characteristics of both and we didn't create whole new categories for each intersex condition we just generalized them into one of the two we already had so now we have intersex males and females even though the term intersex itself is a general term for a wide range of different biologically traits. We're just now doing the same for trans males and females. There really is no need for you all to get so worked up and emotional over nature.
