Hi everyone!
The situation is becoming more interesting...
The Russian authorities have for the first time revealed in court testimony the full extent of Ukraine’s deployment of BUK missile systems to eastern Ukraine when MH17 was shot down.
Moreover, the 156th air defence regiment is the Ukrainian air defence unit that the person who calls himself “Andrew” has also identified as having deployed BUK missile launchers to the war zone of eastern Ukraine at the time when MH17 was shot down.
And, for a clincher: Janusz Szczepan on Twitter

A couple of dents prove there was an explosion on the inside?

Not really getting what your point is here.

Bull shyt Russian propaganda. Bottom line, UN wanted to hold tribunal hearings with legal authority to bring witnesses and suspects to the tribunal for questioning. Russia used its power in the UN to veto the investigation and formal investigation. Witnesses and suspects are under Russian control. Without testimony from the suspects and witnesses, the case can not move forward.

So why didn't Ukraine said about it during these 3 days? And where was Bellingcat with his 100% prooves?) The Russian side just kicked Ukrainians!

The JIT, the international Joint Investigation Team took the investigation as far as it could go without questioning witnesses and suspects under Russian control, many of them in Russia and some it rebel-controlled Ukraine under Russian control if not strong influence. The finger was pointed at Russia and Russia is using its position on the UN Security Council to prevent further investigation.
From the time of the incident to this very day the Russian's have hindered and prevented a genuine fair investigation. They began the hindering by allowing the rebel forces to prevent crash investigators from visiting the crash site. This they did to the horrible point of allowing the bodies to rot in the hot sun and be partially devoured by wild animals and local dogs while at the same time, the bodies and site were looted by rebels and locals.

It isn't about Russian's vs Ukrainian's except for in your mind and the minds of people wanting to defend Russia. The international investigators included other nationalities. They pointed fingers towards the Russians, largely because of recorded cell phone intercepts and bragging admissions on a social network. Add to this recorded witness testimony and photographic evidence, all of this even before the JIT investigation formally got started.

If it is so clear the Russians shot down the plane, why did the Obama administration fail to provide proof? They immediately blamed Russia and imposed sanctions (an act of war), yet they never provided proof. This should tell you something.

Stop being a dupe for the establishment.

I wanna ask you again: WHY did they keep silence during these days when Russia was in Hague?) why didn't they blame Russia in the court - not in the internet?

Because they want France and Germany to like them so they can get protection under NATO!

The case before the International Court of Justice is a civil case brought by Ukraine against Russia for all aggressions towards and in Ukraine by Russia. The shootdown of MH-17 is just one part of the civil action. Some 10,000 Ukrainians have been killed. More have been injured and displaced. Vast amounts of infrastructure have been destroyed. The MH-17 families are not even involved in this case. Everyone knows Russia will not honor any decisions by the court.

Hey, man, did you see that process? Ukraine acknowledged that they don't have distinct proofs about Russian agression) for three years of this "Russian agression"!!! Unbelievable!

Why are you so afraid to perform INDEPENDENT investigation of this case? :)

The investigation is tainted by Ukraine's inclusion. Any pretense to impartiality is forever lost. No nation would accept it.

The UN Tribunal would have been independent. Why did Russia veto that investigation?

What is unbelievable is that you promote such nonsense.

It's their single wait to hide a lot of war crimes against civilians...

"Who downed MH-17?" - just re-think it! They're repeating this question million times, trying to zombify people and hiding right question. Where the MH-17 was downed? In zone of anti-terrorist operation? So, it's a proof there are no Russian invaders at this territory anyway.
Or it was in zone of "war with Russia"? So, full responsibility of MH-17 crash is on Ukrainian dispatchers, sent MH-17 at zone of hot war conflict... :))

The UN Tribunal is a court. But who's performing investigation now?
