I thought Mariupol was depopulated after the neo-Nazi brigade was removed from the city. Russia did a decent job resurrecting the dead city.

It is now being transformed and presented as a showcase for rule from Moscow - and some Russians are even hoping to buy homes there.

Moscow ulus has been repopulating the Ukrainian cities under its control with Muslim immigrants.
