Has America become numb to the lies of this POTUS?

So Trump keeps you busy looking down rabbit holes while he goes the opposite way and does good things for the country. I've said this again and again and left nutters don't catch on.

What has he done - SERIOUSLY that is "good for the country"?
Lowered the corporate tax rate so American-based companies can more effectively compete on the world stage. Moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem. Had a sizable hand in forcing North Korea to the negotiating table. Appointed Neil Gorsuch to the supreme court.

There's plenty of bad too, but there's some good.
North Korea wasnt forced. They have long wanted a direct meeting with the POTUS. Trump gave them what they wanted. What did they give us?
North Korea has been lying since the truce in 1953. They have promised to do things and turned around and backed out or walked out of meetings. Nobody trusts Kim as he is a born liar, is lying now and will lie until he's turned into worm food.It would surprise me if he didn't walk out of or cancel any meeting with Trump. He'll want concessions and lifting of sanctions. He won't get them.

What lies? Any links? And spare us the Democrat Fake News shite. I'll wait.

You got to be kidding.

Just answer one simple question. Did Trump pay Stormy Daniels $130,000 or not? No matter how you answer, Trump lied about it.

His psersonal business. He wasn't the President. Movin on...

You ask what did Trump lie about. As president, Trump lied about paying Stormy Daniels $130,000 in hush money. How can it be proved he lied, because Trump said he didn't, and Trump said he did, and Trump said he didn't, and Trump said he did.

So you think Kim lies as much as Trump. Give or take 3 dB

Indeed, Trump divines his own truth seemingly without consequences. And Americans have become largely indifferent to the daily barrage of lies and scandals. Sad :(

Washington (CNN) Donald Trump has learned he can get away with anything.

While the President has always profited from creating his own reality, the impact of having a commander in chief who so frequently bends fact is only beginning to be understood.

Before Trump, the idea of having a President who habitually fails to tell the truth and survives would have been unthinkable. But it's becoming clear that Trump's tenure is not just a lesson in fractured presidential convention. It amounts to a unique challenge to the office of the presidency itself, to the institutions that underpin American democracy and the long-held idea that government can only function effectively if it has the trust of the governed.

The most shocking aspect of the President's latest flurry of untruths in recent days relating to events before the 2016 election is that they were not at all shocking to a nation numbed by his barrage of easily disprovable claims and statements.

Revelations that Trump dictated a doctor's report on his health before voters went to the polls and his ever-shifting story on a hush payment made to porn star Stormy Daniels might have been a debilitating blow to any normal politician.

In Trump's case, they were simply more of the same flurry of daily controversies that characterize his presidency. While his critics reacted with outrage, his supporters saw media fact checks as just more "fake news."

Trump divines his own truth without consequences - CNNPolitics

I think CNN and the rest are slowly coming to the realization that only the progressive diehards like you care what they think anymore. It's laughable that people who were hell bent on electing Hillary Clinton President...suddenly have an aversion to someone who isn't honest! The voters care about policy. They knew who Donald Trump was when they elected him. He promised them certain things and one by one he's getting those things accomplished. Stormy Daniels? Who gives a flying you know what?

Answer the question, did Trump pay Stormy Daniels $130,000 or not?

Based on what Trump said, it could be both, or neither.

Trump heads to N Korea in a few weeks

What will be the impact of his constant lies? Trumps words and assurances cannot be trusted. He is likely to quickly reverse any deal he may make. He will say one thing to your face and then the opposite a few hours later when talking to his base

This is the man we have representing us in crucial negotiations

He'll also go into that meeting woefully unprepared since he doesn't read or listen to anyone of substance.

And of course, this Saturday he'll likely tear up the Iran deal.

How will that play with Lil Kim other than tell him America's word isn't worth a plug nickel?

I don’t understand why he would tear up the Iran deal in preparation of talks with N Korea

Why would they trust any deal with the US when we so quickly default on the Iran deal?

Give up your nuclear program and we will change our mind once you have destroyed your weapons

Clintons ain't never lied! They good folks!

Pickin up on my sarcasm? I know it's hard to detect on the interwebs.

What has he done - SERIOUSLY that is "good for the country"?

Tax cuts, less regulations on business, and business start ups, more secure borders, low unemployment, North Korea, creating more optimism, removing Obamacare penalty mandate.....

What did he do about closing the tax loopholes corporations use to lower their effective tax rates. Wasn't that part of his platform? Since the tax cut was done through reconciliation and should be revenue neutral, why does it add to the deficit and debt? So he kept all the good things about the AHC but cut out the bad stuff, like paying for it. Speaking of Health care, didn't he claim he had a plan that would cover all American's ready to go on day one?

He is the liars liar.

Tax cuts, Permanent cuts for the top 2% who don't need it, that's costing will cost trillions to the defict???
less regulations on business,Other than clean air and water and safe coal mining laws, I would bet my last effin dollar there's not one business leader who's willing to step forward and explain one regulation that hendered his ability to make money in the market. The only damage the clown has done is allow corporations to destroy natural land for profit gains.
business start ups, Give me a break, he's not responsible for that shit
more secure borders, Dude, other than preventing people from coming in the country with his racism, our borders are just as wide as they've been for decades.
low unemployment,Thank you Obama!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
North Korea, Yeah, tweeting Rocket man, really saved the planet...LOLOLO
creating more optimism, I have yet to meet one person that loves Trump and his policies and I live in a conservative lice ball state.
removing Obamacare penalty mandate. And the insurance and medical industry's are taking that loss out on everybody. Been to a ER room lately or a Immediate care center....packed with the uninsured!! dumb ass!!

Battle of the worlds biggest liars?

Bottom line is this, wages are still stagnant and until this so called trickle down takes effect, nothing will ever justify a 1.5 trillion dollar spending bill.

How long have the tax cuts, and less regulation been in place? You do know about business, and the economy, and how they work, right?

Yeah just like when RayGun did it. They kept all the profits and began three decades of stagnant wages, but record profits.

I don’t understand why he would tear up the Iran deal in preparation of talks with N Korea

Little Kim won't be giving up his nuke program. He might promise certain things - like closing down a testing facility that collapsed.

Lowered the corporate tax rate so American-based companies can more effectively compete on the world stage. Compete in what world? He's all but isolated the fuckin country. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do recall stock numbers edging quite high long before the whore lowered their taxes...they seemed to be doing pretty good.
Moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem. Can't wait for that shit to happen, you think the sand niggas are mad now, just wait and see this next round of attacks.
Had a sizable hand in forcing North Korea to the negotiating table. Oh, so calling a fat yellow fuck, rocket man via a fuckin tweet, is his sizable hand in the deal? Damn your stupid
Appointed Neil Gorsuch to the supreme court. LOLOLOL, dude, we have got to get you a hobby!!
The economy has seen some pretty staggering GDP growth under Trump.

2.3% in the first quarter is staggering GDP growth?

US economy slows in the first quarter as consumers put off spending

Spare me - Obama had 8 quarters over 3% GDP. Trump promised us "5 .. maybe even 6!" :rolleyes-41:

These hard lined hooch drinkin lice balls, wouldn't know a fact if it came wrapped in a Trump hat, with his hair still in it...they that fuckin stupid!!

Maybe it will say to KJU that he'd better not dick around with the spirit and intent of the deal?

They actually have become numb to the relentless MSM assault on him and his supporters.

You idiots have been crying wolf since the day after the election, so most people who disagree with you have tuned you out, and most of the people who do agree with you have become tired of the constant rhetoric and just can't keep up the repeating 2 minute hates scheduled by the MSM.
They actually have become numb to the relentless MSM assault on him and his supporters.
Yes, that too, as well as numb to Trump's babble.

Some of us are less concerned about him talking like the blowhard we knew he was, and more concerned about what he can do policy-wise.
The cable stations are really the only ones scheduling 2 minute hates. There is a lot of general interest in the stuff getting spewed by Giuliani, which has opened about ten cans of worms at once, but otherwise the national news is not dedicated to criticizing the Pres. At least I haven't seen that.

maybe because you don't want to see it.
Or I don't notice it because I agree? I try to catch CBS Evening News and if not I'll catch the early morning show--less garbage like grilling your steaks or loving your dog on that. I watch Face the Nation on Sunday. That's about all my exposure to MSM news except my local paper. There IS a lot of confusion and questions and concerns out there about what's happening in politics right now, but EXCEPT for the cable stations, I don't think most of it is presented unfairly.
