This isn't particularly "New, News" this has been going on for decades in Kiryas Joel, Monsey, Ramapo, New Square, Kaiser, Borough Park, Crown Heights, and Williamsburg etc.

Yeah, the Hasidic Jew males just can't keep it in their pants, pumping out kid after kid, after kid. Perhaps it is time for the federal government to look at restricting how much welfare benefits are issued out based upon how many kids you have. After you've reached two kids, no more governmental aid for any that come after that, they would have to seek assistance from within their own community.
