yes--usually when these husbands murder their wives--they hate them--really bad...but it's never labeled a hate crime
and if a black man murders a black for some reason---he does not get the extra jail time as a white man that would murder a black out of hate--or if the races were reversed.....it's still the same murder...murder is murder

Designating some crimes "hate crimes" was just a foot in the door to bring up "hatespeech" laws next. In other words, censorship and thought control. Thank God this is the US and that got squashed..for the moment.

Yep, charge him with a hate crime. He obviously wanted a certain group to be blamed, so the charge would fit.

Why is anything labeled a hate crime in the first place when whatever is done is wrong no matter why it is done to begin with?
