Heavy discipline recommended for officer who violated man's Constitutional rights.

So this officer arrests a man for exercising his Constitutional rights to carry and tried to come up with any old excuse he could come up with to keep him in jail.

To note, when this officer pointed his gun at the man, the man had every right to fire upon him in protection.

As more and more states are "legalizing" the right to bear arms, police must be trained to stop thinking of every civilian with a gun as a criminal.
