Trump talks to the people about job loss......which is a big deal and trade issues. But, the issue is really about charisma which Hillary doesn't have. And Trump will win because of the complacency of the voters?

Considering both candidates are the most loathsome in memory, it could very well come down to the winner being whose voters are the least complacent.

Trump and his family, especially Ivanka, but a good flourish on the end of the convention. Primaries are often about throwing red meat to the faithful. National elections are about showing who can appeal to the majority, especially the middle 40% of voters who are Independents/moderates.

Hillary gets her chance next week, then we'll see what each nominee can bring to the gain the votes of those who don't toe the party lines.
