Obama's energy policies had "nuance"? Barry did everything he could to raise the cost of oil, coal and natural gas. How exactly is that "nuanced"?

Republican Governors in Florida, SC, and Georgia oppose drilling off their coast. The only Governor to support it was crazy LePage in Maine.
