What I want to know is, how do they know her great grandma was raped? For all I know they were in-love or fond of, and they had at least one child to demonstrate that.

Interesting, Kamala's parents are on Familysearch.com, and they lead to Kamala's grandparents, by quite a few generations. What's interesting is, Kamala is not shown as a child, no children have been added for them. I'm almost positive I could add her, assuming there isn't a safety some sort to keep that info. silent.
