Where does the water go moron? Basic physics. Matter does not disappear, it just changes form. Vapor exists, it cools and falls from the sky. Do the oceans not exist in your panic porn? Of course. And if it is cold enough, it freezes and accumulates in mountain glaciers. If it is NOT cold enough, it flows immediately downhill and into the sea and is not stored for use during the dry season.
