Why does it seem reform takes so long? Why didn't he do this 6 years ago?

Some of the exceptions I don't have a problem with. But I do believe you should be convicted of a crime.

You are mistaken. It has been happening for years.

It was such a crock of bull that I cannot believe it has taken so long to change it.

If you were pulled over and they found a much cash on you (or in the car) they would seize it and you had to prove it was yours, your earned it legally, and that you were not using it for illegal things.

I think this crap began during the Reagan years. A person could be caught with 2 reefer plants on his property and say goodbye to his home, boat, Harley, whatever.
