Yes I'm aware of this but it only covers the 7th Circuit so there is not national ruling and no law that protects all gay people everywhere . I really don't know why you're insisting that such discrimination does not exist. In addition T-Rumps DOJ is doing all that it can to make such that LGBT folks are not protected .

When homosexuality was illegal and people didn't know how to prevent AIDS, all of those statements were true. Now that you can't be fired or prosecuted for being gay, gays have the legal right to marry, and people know how to prevent the transmission of the HIV virus, it's not possible to effectively blackmail anyone. Today, none of these things are true.
