Houston police have been notified and is stepping up enforcement in the area as a result.

Eichenbaum explained urinating and defecating in public is illegal. He encourages people to report incidents and work with law enforcement.

However, Ulsher says calling police hasn’t seemed to help so far.

“All the defecating, it’s happening everywhere," she said. "There’s break ins happening everywhere. People are stealing packages. It’s getting worse, and worse, and worse. Something needs to be done about it, because the people who live in that area have worked hard to get their homes, and are having to protect their homes from other people coming in. That’s not OK. Something needs to be done. And it needs to be done immediately.”

The City recently passed two homeless ordinances, including one that bans tents in public areas.

City officials say it is a complex process, but the tent ordinance is being enforced through police issuing a series of warnings, tickets, then eventually making arrests.

The ACLU has filed suit against the City of Houston over the new rules.

And lets just dwell on SF, CA , I guess Houston stinks as well. Literally and figurately.

OMG, even Miami has a poop map:

Feud over Miami homeless leads to creation of “poop map”

Miami -- liberals, blacks -- poop

Conservative thought rationale is so easy to predict -- they don't even need solutions, just say liberal, add a minority group and some blame then -- presto!!

From 2017?

So you woke up this morning and decided to Google poop?

You have way too much time on your hands.

You guys should take in another 11M low skill illegal immigrants to spark the economy and help all these homeless get back on their feet...

They are like stray cats. Don’t feed them and they’ll go away, and they can’t poop if they don’t eat.

This is a public health danger.

I have long advocated that all of these vagrants be executed -- humanely of course, but none the less, exterminated -- then we can demonize the next rung on the socio-economic ladder, as God intended.

You mean like a TX cop who gave a sandwich of feces to a homeless man, thank god he got canned.

Many of the homeless are vets. Many came home in 2008 during the great recession that Bush Jr caused and couldn't find work.

SAPD: Fired cop involved in second feces prank

A San Antonio police officer who was fired for providing a feces sandwich to a homeless man in May was involved in a second feces prank, according to police records released this week.

Matthew Luckhurst was given a second indefinite suspension in November for defecating in a women’s bathroom stall at the San Antonio Police Department’s Bike Patrol Office and spreading a brown substance with the consistency of tapioca on the toilet seat, giving the appearance that there were feces on the seat.

Officer Steve Albart was also involved in the prank, according to the records. He was originally given an indefinite suspension, but Chief William McManus reduced it to 30 days without pay. Albart finished serving the suspension Jan. 19.

Can't be seen by those who own homes, but I agree, they should be everywhere the homeless congregate and should be kept clean, full of TP and fresh water to wash.

I read about a guy who color copied dozens of 5 and 10 dollar bills and handed them out to the sign fliers. Guess which merchants ended up with most of the phony cash- liquor stores. If you enable people to live free off others, many will select that option.

At least Houston is being proactive and arresting these shitheads.
