How do you decide if a marriage is Gay or Not?

Forget the arguments For or Against gay marriage, maybe we decided that it was a bad idea so we banned it again, so how do I tell who is allowed to marry? Do I just look at them and say, Well you look like a man and you look like a woman to me so here's your marriage license? Do I make them drop their pants? Do I test their genetics to make sure that one is XY and one is XX?

excellent question. I think most people who have a problem with gay marriages happen to be those people who would be mistaken for a she male if they were to drop their panties, because real men and real women do not stick their noses into other people's business so much.
