Will the “preppers” succeed in creating a brave new world?

Will “nuclear winter” end all land based life?

Will all those who hid in their basements and root cellars emerge after a few weeks, join the billionaires and congress coming out of their luxurious bunkers to resume business as usual?

The issue with Seoul is that it is within range of NK conventional artillery- but where would those 9.86 million people go to? Lets say they had evacuated Seoul last spring- the center of SK's economy- and moved those people- somewhere? And what would have happened to SK's economy in the last 9 months- while no war was happening?

So says the party calling 160 million Americans "deplorable" and chopping up and selling baby body parts by the millions.

I offer no good solution to South Korea. That's their problem. Immediate first strike will be conventional artillery. That's the part we can't stop. There is no indication that NK has so many nuclear heads as to attack our mainland, our allies, our military AND SK with nuclear all at the same time, if any at all, but the nuclear will be the easiest to stop and first targeted.

Truth is that South Korea is in the way. If not for them and their vulnerability, this war would be long over. Because of them, we have delayed for years, negotiated, talked, and have allowed Kim to get where he is. If this were 80 years ago, we would have given SK a date to get the hell out. Go anywhere but stay home. Meantime, surround NK with everything you've got. If he makes a move, flatten him. Once SK is largely away from harm, flatten him.

BOTTOM LINE: one way or another, NK is done. I'm sure we are looking long and hard at taking him out, but there is NO CHANCE this conflict will be resolved peacefully. THe little fat pig is not backing down and we can't leave him sitting there to become nuclear.

SO MANY SK's will die.

Had they evacuated, moved out, they'd have an economy and country to come back to. Now, not so sure. THE ONE PERSON WHO COULD HAVE STOPPED THIS WAR IS CHINA. If the US hits NK with a tactical nuke, do you think China will get into a nuclear war with the US over It? Fuck no they won't. What would be the upside for them? Russia isnt going to jump in either because, again, there is no upside in a nuclear war with the US.
