With a ban on government, how do you expect to enforce your ban on guns?

You've basically taken two extreme, opposite positions, one of anarchy (ban government) and one of extreme totalitarianism (ban guns). The two positions are irreconcilable with one another, and neither is consistent with your claim to be a “real conservative”.

Banning guns WILL NOT stop criminals from getting one and using it.

Having no government would lead to a state of anarchy — perpetual civil war and gang warfare.
