Seems like we could have election week. I don’t know the utility or benefit of voting a month ahead but there’s no reason to not have the polls open Monday through Friday or even Saturday to give all eligible people the chance to vote.

Get off your damn couch and vote on election day. Give the DEMONRATS a week and by Friday they will know how many votes they need to manufacture to win.

Voting on on day at a polling sight your name was looked for in a registration book and then you were handed a ballot. Registration was the identifying thing...no registration then no ballot.

If there are long lines in some area than open up more polling locations...simple solution. One day voting is all we should have, with some able to request and get an absentee ballot and that should have to be in by election day. Now everything is ..make it "easy". Something easy is often just making something not so important.

How many are unable to plan on voting and not be able to find a way to do so, when the day, the place to go, the times available are ..or should be...known way ahead of voting day?
